How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery takes 8 days.

Do you deliver to all servers?

Currently, we only deliver to the following servers: EUW, NA, and EUNE.

What should I do if I changed my name during an order?

If you've changed your name during an order, please join our Discord and create a ticket to notify us as soon as possible.

How do I receive my order?

After purchase, check your friend requests. To be able to send you your items, you must add us to your friend list and be on it for at least 7 days.
